The extreme cold moved into winter earlier than normal this past week. I decided to take another image of my dad’s watch.

This is probably one of my more sentimental images. The compass was dads for a good part of his military career. He gave it to me when I joined the Army. The watch I gave him for his 70th birthday. At one point, both items were possessed by both of us.

To make the final version, I had to focus stack 15 images (to ensure everything was sharp). Taken with 2 LED lights and diffusion panels. The exposure is 1/13, f/8.0 @ ISO200.
