The weather forecast for this morning was supposed to be partly cloudy. Hoping for some interesting sky and light, I grabbed the camera and headed for a local park. Unfortunately, the forecast was wrong and the sky we pretty much clear, especially near the eastern horizon. There was some spattering of haze/fog, but nothing that added much interest to the light.

The sun was brilliant orange, which gave great contrast to the darkened blue as day took over the sky. I setup in Diamond Point Park, pointing directly into the sun.

The exposure is 1/60, f/16 @ ISO100.
